Welcome to Our North Vancouver Sleep Clinic

Sleep. Everyone needs it. Not everyone gets enough of it. For many Canadians, it might seem like an unattainable goal to get a decent night’s rest.

Do you spend your nights tossing and turning in bed? Does your heavy snoring continually disrupt your partner’s slumber? If this sounds familiar, it’s possible you suffer from sleep apnea or other sleeping disorder.

If you suspect you suffer from this condition, don’t worry; you’re not alone. Nearly half of all Canadians have experienced the effects of a sleeping disorder at some point in their lifetime.

Thankfully help is close at hand at our North Vancouver sleep clinic, located to the right of Save-On-Foods behind TD Bank off Marine Drive. Hayley Snore MD North Vancouver Clinic

Meet Hayley, Sleep Clinician

I chose a career in sleep as most of us spend approximately 1/3 third of our lives sleeping, and wanted to be able to make a difference in people’s lives for the better. I have worked extensively with a wide patient base that have to use CPAP, as well as family members, and have directly seen the impact a good night’s sleep can change someone’s day.
My biggest accomplishment has been recently becoming a Nurse and starting a new career journey where I personally feel that I have a purpose, in seeing that what I do every day can make a big impact on someone’s life.
I love being able to see a patient’s mood, happiness, and health literally change for the better right before your eyes as they start their CPAP journey. As well as hearing the interesting life stories and circumstance that some of these patient have experienced has evolved my own understanding and expanded my compassionate capabilities.
Rupa Snore MD North Vancouver Clinic

Meet Rupa, Sleep Clinician

Helping people with sleeping disorders and improving their well-being. My Dad passed away with severe COPD , if the Doctors had recommended a Sleep Test, he would have been diagnosed much earlier and we could have done BiPAP therapy, giving him more chances of survival.

I haven’t reached my biggest accomplishment yet. It’s a work in progress but I know I am heading in the right direction.
Yasmin Snore MD North Vancouver Clinic

Meet Yasmin, Clinical Coordinator

I chose a career in sleep medicine because I witnessed firsthand the transformative impact it can have on individuals’ lives. Seeing a family member use a CPAP machine and observing the improvement in his health and well-being sparked my interest in this field. It motivated me to dive deeper into understanding sleep disorders and their treatments, ultimately guiding my career path towards helping others achieve better sleep and quality of life.

My biggest accomplishment in life has been successfully migrating back to Canada, overcoming numerous challenges, and embarking on a journey to pursue my biology major at SFU and choose a career which aligned pretty well with my life-long interests. Despite uncertainties and obstacles, my journey shaped me into a resilient and determined individual.

What I love most about working with patients is the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals, each with their own unique stories and perspectives. Every patient presents a new set of challenges and opportunities for growth, making each interaction both rewarding and fulfilling.

Richard Snore MD North Vancouver Clinic

Meet Richard, Sleep Clinician / Regional Manager

My personal struggles with sleep are what inspired me to pursue a career in sleep medicine. As a Respiratory Therapist, and someone who still occasionally struggles with poor sleep, I understand the debilitating effects a lack of sleep can have on a person’s life; the toll it can take on one’s physical and mental health. I want to use my experience and knowledge to help others overcome their sleep difficulties and improve their quality of life.
I would have to say that raising my son has been the biggest accomplishment of my life. Being a new parent has been one of the most challenging but also most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. Watching him grow, watching him learn and watching him experience things for the first time has given me a different perspective on time.  It has made me much more aware of my health than before. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to help others on their journey to better health and more time for their loved ones.
What I love most about working with patients is the sense of purpose and satisfaction it provides. Knowing that I have the opportunity to positively impact so many lives is reassuring and keeps that extra spring in my step.
