After using CPAP therapy for 13 years, and needing to find a new sleep apnea clinic, I expected today to pick up a replacement machine from Snore MD and be out the door shortly after. Boy was I wrong. So thankful Rob treated me like a new patient! He took the time I needed for me to better understand my condition and features of the new machine that after follow-up and fine tuning will improve my sleep! Feeling like I'm finally in good hands knowing Rob will check my results in the next few days, then on regular intervals afterwards!

To make a long story short, I walked into Snore MD two weeks ago without an appointment, after my CPAP machine quit working. Rob immediately welcomed me into his office, and explained the steps needed in order to get a new machine as quickly as possible. He showed me in depth (which I greatly appreciated) the after care he provides, and how tentatively he monitors your progress, helping you be successful in your treatment. With a Dr's Cpap Rx in hand, Rob was able to get me into a new machine that day! I was absolutely thrilled. Within a couple hours I was headed home with a new machine, new mask, and a new outlook on my CPAP journey. Almost Two weeks into my new treatment, Rob has sent me nearly daily check-in emails and called to make sure everything is going ok. He is able to make changes to my machine from his office which is great should it be needed. He has helped to maximize my sleep and keep my apneas a minimum so i feel my best in the am. I'm one of those people who was affected by the Philips Dreamstation toxic insulation fiasco! I was finally notified by the company I purchased that CPAP machine from almost 2 months after the recall notice had been issued and I stopped using it immediately. After almost 2 weeks without a machine, increasing anxiety, and no replacement provided I fortunately discovered Snore MD in Lethbridge and met with Rob to find out what I could do. Rob at Snore MD provided me with a more thorough education than I'd been given previously and I left his clinic with a new ResMed For Her CPAP machine. It was with enormous relief that I could continue treatment for my Sleep Apnea with much better support than I'd had from the other supplier. Rob has been available to ensure the machine settings are appropriate for my situation and the tweaks we've made have allowed me to have excellent sleep ever since!! I am so grateful there are caring professionals like Rob. He spends the time not only the first day but all the follow up visits to made sure you are getting the best possible care. He is there if you need help or adjustments to your treatment long after the 14 day period. He answers his emails promptly and provides you with a caring and detailed reply. A month ago I was fed up with my lack of energy and falling asleep anywhere. Luckily I don't drive. I blamed my cat keeping me awake and my husband snoring. My GP recommended Snore MD Lethbridge. I found out I was the one with sleep apnea. I was the one keeping my cat and husband awake wondering if I was going to take another breath. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Snore I was fitted with the right machine, mask and personal two week assisted adjustments that allows all three of us a reasonable nights sleep. Rob was there for me every day answering questions until I understood and felt comfortable. Don't blame your cat or partner. If your not feeling rested call snore and they will test you for free, there is no high pressure sales they simply want to help. I recently was in need of a new CPAP and decided to try Snore Md. WOW, am I ever glad I stopped in and met Rob rather than going to the previous sleep clinic I used. Dealing with Rob was such a great experience. When I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea at another clinic I was basically handed a machine and sent on my way. At Snore MD I have learned so much. This isn’t something that should be purchased off Amazon and figured out on your own. Rob was able to show me what’s happening when I sleep and over the course of a few weeks dial in my pressures and I really notice the improved sleep. At the last clinic I didn’t even get a choice of machines, nor did they reach out and provide any sort of follow up with my machine (in fact I made my own changes as it was not set properly). Here I had a choice but I also learned that while the machines were similar, there are differences and Rob was able to get me the right machine for my needs. Don’t take this on by yourself, go and see Rob and you’ll be impressed with his knowledge and determination to get you the best nights sleep. The expertise you receive here is worth sooooo much more than the bit of money you will save buying a machine online. Rob has been beyond fantastic, his monitoring and adjustments as needed was service I have never come anywhere close to receiving. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

I was recently fitted for a mask by Rob. He really took the time to get it right and used his expertise to make sure I left with a proper fitting mask. Even though I have been using CPAP for 20+ years, I left with useful information I never knew-- and a great new mask. I highly recommend.

Rob and Nina are absolutely fantastic. I have had a cpap machine for 7 years, never have I had this level of exceptional service.
