When you’re not sleeping well, it affects everything—home life, work life and even your social life. If you’re not getting the sleep you need and it’s been that way for a while, something bigger than snoring or stress could be the cause. You may be suffering from sleep apnea.
The good news is, we are sleep experts trained to help people overcome sleep apnea, and we believe everyone deserves better sleep. With our help, a good night’s rest is just around the corner.
At Snore MD, we live and breathe quality sleep! Our team of sleep experts are trained to diagnose sleep challenges and help patients use the latest sleep apnea equipment, all while giving you exceptional care at every step.
Respiratory Therapists and Registered Nurses help provide additional insight and expert care to support your journey to better sleep.
Our Broadway/Vancouver clinical coordinator is here to help get you started and guide you throughout the process.
I’ve been fortunate to work in the field of Respiratory Therapy for the last 20 years, in the areas of critical care, research, diagnostics and sleep. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a focus to improve the quality of my patients’ lives. The world of “sleep” has always fascinated me, knowing how important it is to our health and well-being. At SnoreMD, I get to help my patients get the proper treatment they need to achieve better sleep and through that, I help to improve their lives – who wouldn’t love to do that!
On a professional level, I’m proud of my academic accomplishments. I hold two degrees from UBC (in Biology and in Education) as well as my formal training in Respiratory Therapy. I’m also thankful to have worked in lung cancer studies where I was named in research papers as a contributor, which was an amazing feeling! On a personal level, I couldn’t be more proud of my family – my husband and our three kids mean the world to me.
I choose a career in sleep when my dad was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, I saw how much CPAP therapy changed his life, and it made me want to do more than just research, I wanted to work directly with patients.
I’ve spent over 10 years in healthcare, and along the way, I’ve been lucky to help many people get the diagnoses and treatments they need for a healthier life. One of my proudest achievements is publishing medical research that could improve health for so many, but nothing beats seeing the difference we can make firsthand.
I’m here to support you on your journey to better sleep and a better life.
I chose a career in sleep because I truly believe in the power of good rest and how it shapes our health and happiness. Sleep impacts everything—our energy, clarity, and ability to face challenges. Helping people address issues like obstructive sleep apnea and seeing the life-changing benefits they experience is incredibly fulfilling.
One of my proudest accomplishments is becoming a licensed RN in the Philippines and later moving to Vancouver with my husband and son to start a new chapter. It’s been a journey of growth, resilience, and balance, and I’ve come to love Vancouver’s supportive vibe.
What I love most about this work is connecting with patients—educating, supporting, and seeing the relief and gratitude when they realize we’ve truly made a difference. It’s a reminder that we all share similar struggles, and being able to help is both humbling and rewarding.
I have always wanted to help people, which drove me to become a Respiratory Therapist. I spent almost 8 years working in critical care when I decided to explore my interest in sleep. I have always found sleep interesting, as it widely affects all body systems and can cause extreme health implications without it. It is one of the most overlooked aspects in our lives and being chronically fatigued is something we shouldn’t cope with.
My biggest accomplishment to date has been the privilege I have had helping patients throughout my career. And of course my beautiful family.
The sleep experts at our Broadway/Vancouver sleep clinic are so passionate about our work because we offer proven sleep solutions and exceptional care. It’s incredibly rewarding when patients who have tried everything uncover the cause of their sleep problems and finally get to experience life with better sleep!
The first steps are a free consultation and a complimentary two-night-at-home sleep test as part of our diagnostic process. We have no waitlists and our patient care program carries on with regular appointments to help ensure you continue to experience your best sleep.
Our patients appreciate our convenient sleep clinic location in between the Vancouver General Hospital and London Drugs on West Broadway/Cambie, and our accommodating hours, which include evening appointments.
You’re welcome to walk in and speak with a sleep expert any time or contact us to book your free sleep test consultation.
In just three steps, your journey to a better sleep begins.
First, your complementary consultation and screening helps determine the cause of your sleep disorder. Then, you go home with a device that measures sleep-related data for two nights so we can determine the most effective treatment for you.
Along the way, we stay in touch, ensuring you benefit from the best Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy available to sufferers of sleep apnea.
Our goal is to ensure you enjoy your best sleep for life, and so our Care for Life Premium Support Program allows us to be here for you with ongoing snoring and sleep apnea solutions.
If you’re ready to let go of sleepless nights, visit or get in touch with our Lethbridge sleep clinic!
At Snore MD, we believe all patients have the right to accessible health care. That’s why our new walk-in location isn’t on the ninth floor of some office tower, but at street level on West Broadway.
