Breathe in. Breathe out. Sleep should come as naturally as breathing. But for some people, sleep and breathing don’t follow natural rhythms.
If you or your partner are constantly waking up due to loud and persistent snoring, or you find yourself gasping for air in the middle of the night or are finding it hard to stay focused on daily tasks, you may have a sleep disorder known as sleep apnea.
Don’t let catching a few Zs lead to zero, walk into our Snore MD Kamloops sleep apnea clinic for help, and breathe easy.
When it comes to getting a good night’s sleep, your success is our success.
Our team of sleep experts include registered respiratory therapists, nurses, and other medical professionals who are trained to recognize and help you with your sleep disorders using the latest equipment. We are continuously educating ourselves on finding you the best sleep solutions.
See for yourself by stepping inside our doors and meeting with our Kamloops team members.
I chose a career in sleep because it is essential to our daily lives and is so rewarding to see the transformation it makes when someone improves their sleep quality. I see so many people that need help and don’t realize it yet. As a parent of young children, you realize how important sleep is. At one point, with a new infant, I had to go to bed at 6:30 pm to get enough sleep! Thankfully we have moved past that. It has made me realize you can struggle through life being sleep deprived, but you can thrive when you’re well-rested.
My family is my biggest accomplishment. I have taken the long road around the province to get back exactly where I began my journey. I could not be happier ending up back in Kamloops to raise my family in the same neighbourhood I grew up in. I have evolved so much as a person through the experiences in my education, career, hobbies, and travels. I truly never thought I would end up here, but I am so excited to see what happens next.
Working with people is my favourite part of my job. I am able to meet so many different people, which is such a joy. I love getting to know them, hearing about what they are doing, where they’ve been, and what they have been through. It makes it so rewarding when you see people, become friends with them, and transform their lives through improved sleep.

Forget counting sheep, the journey to better sleep, better life only takes three easy steps:
Step 1: Meet our Kamloops Snore MD dream team, and get a feel for all of our modern and sleek sleep equipment. To get an idea of your sleep issues, we will equip you with our home sleep test device that measures your breathing and sleep patterns over two nights.
Step 2: After completing your home sleep test, return to our clinic, and meet with our sleep clinician for a review of the results. If sleep apnea is determined, we will then set you a course of action that includes Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, or CPAP therapy. We offer a selection of comfortable CPAP masks and provide you with a free trial so that you can get used to your new sleep device.
Step 3: Your journey to a better sleep doesn’t end there. Our Care for Life program ensures that you’ll always have our Kamloops sleep specialists by your side. We offer regular follow-up appointments as well as complimentary, unlimited distilled water for as long as you have your CPAP machine.
