Meet Katrina Stubbs, Sleep Clinician
After years of working in the health care industry, I decided to change and expand my career with Snore MD. Now with being the Sleep Clinician for Snore MD West Kelowna, I am allowed to opportunity to expand my knowledge base with each and every experience I encounter and patient that I assist. I look forward to building the one on one relationships with each and every new patient that walks through the door. I consider it a privilege to be part of each patients journey to a healthier, happier sleep.
My greatest accomplishment in life other than my family is my career. After a motor vehicle accident in my younger years, I ended up going through years of rehabilitation, therefore delaying furthering my schooling. This did not stop me and at my first opportunity, I went back to school to pursue a career in health care. I wanted to make a difference in someone's life as so many had previously done for me. I look forward to helping each and every one of our patients sleep better and to being a part of the Snore MD family.
Meet Michele D’Angelo, Clinical Coordinator
Coming from an extensive background in child development, I have watched the effects of untreated obstructive sleep apnea in children’s behavior and cognition, and have always found it fascinating to see the almost immediate improvement CPAP therapy has provided. It is amazing what the human body is able to accomplish with something as simple as a good night’s sleep!
My greatest joy in life to date has been to watching my niece and nephews grow up to be amazing young adults, one of which is now having a family of his own.
I love the opportunities working at Snore MD provides me with. I help people that suffer from a lack of sleep, build relationships with them, and get to see how happy they are after beginning CPAP therapy.
Meet Beth Eek, Clinical Coordinator
I chose a career in sleep because I really enjoy focusing on health.
One of my biggest accomplishments in life is being with my husband for over 23 years and raising 2 sons. Completing my Medical Office Assistant Diploma when my oldest son was just 2 1/2 years old and I was pregnant with my 2nd son was a challenging time—but all worth it in the end!
I really enjoy working with patients on their journey to better sleep and health. I feel fortunate to be part of such an amazing team at Snore MD.
