Meet Your Local Sleep Experts

Meet Andrew, Sleep Clinician
From as far back as I can remember, in my early education, I always had an interest in biology, learning about the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I chose a career in respiratory therapy to learn about some of the most vital organ systems (respiratory & cardiac) and the pathologies surrounding them. I also strived for the opportunity to help patients in need with respiratory illnesses/disorders because, after all, if you can’t breathe, little else matters. Home care (specifically sleep-disordered breathing) was a field of respiratory therapy that piqued my interest. I enjoyed seeing the fruits of my labour when patients returned and told me their lives had been changed. It was enjoyable and rewarding for me to develop a rapport with them and know that I played a role in changing their lives.
you on. This is what Snore MD and its full team is to our patients.

Meet Katrina, Sleep Clinician / Regional Manager
After years of working in the health care industry, I decided to change and expand my career with Snore MD. Â Now with being the Sleep Clinician for Snore MD West Kelowna, I am allowed to opportunity to expand my knowledge base with each and every experience I encounter and patient that I assist. Â I look forward to building the one on one relationships with each and every new patient that walks through the door. Â I consider it a privilege to be part of each patients journey to a healthier, happier sleep.
My greatest accomplishment in life other than my family is my career. Â After a motor vehicle accident in my younger years, I ended up going through years of rehabilitation, therefore delaying furthering my schooling. Â This did not stop me and at my first opportunity, I went back to school to pursue a career in health care. Â I wanted to make a difference in someone’s life as so many had previously done for me. Â I look forward to helping each and every one of our patients sleep better and to being a part of the Snore MD family.
FAQs
Do I need a referral?
A doctor’s referral is required for sleep testing and treatment, but we can help coordinate one for you. Walk-ins are welcome. Call us and we’ll guide you through every step.
What Is a Home Sleep Test?
Snore MD’s Home Sleep Apnea Test is an easy, comfortable way to check for sleep apnea from home. Patients visit their nearest Snore MD clinic to pick up a small testing device and receive simple instructions. They wear the device for two nights while sleeping in their own bed, then return it to the clinic.
Our team sends the results to a sleep specialist physician for interpretation. If needed, we’ll contact you to schedule a follow-up visit to review your results and discuss next steps or treatment options.
It’s quick, accurate, and completely at home — no overnight hospital stay required.
Do you bill insurance?
Yes — we handle the entire process for you. Our team manages preauthorizations, verifies your coverage, and submits final invoices directly to your insurance provider.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! Snore MD offers convenient virtual medical appointments through our partnership with WellHealth Medical Clinics. Connect with a licensed doctor from the comfort of your home or office using your phone, tablet, or computer to discuss your symptoms and next steps.
Book your virtual sleep appointment today — our team will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment and provide all the details.
What does a sleep test measure?
Our small at-home device tracks your heart rate, breathing, and oxygen levels while you sleep. This helps us spot patterns—like pauses in breathing (sleep apnea)—and understand how well you’re actually sleeping. Afterward, we’ll walk you through your results and next steps toward better sleep.
Real People. Real Sleep Transformations.
We are beyond grateful with this duo for assisting us and giving us the support we really need. Andrew explained everything in a calm and reassuring manner. Whilst the receptionist (sorry,i forgot her name) took care of all billing matter efficiently, she is not only courteous, she is also welcoming and seemed always sincere when speaking to us. It truly made us feel like we are getting the help we did't know we needed. Finding out my husband has a severe sleep apnea is really scary, but they both made us feel at ease and excited to start my husband's CPAP journey. Again, thank you.
Snore MD were wonderful, from the initial testing I went through, to reviewing the results and finally to fitting me with and thoroughly reviewing the procedures for the use of my CPAP machine. Thank you Kat and team, you are #1 in my books. You made this as easy as it could possibly be. And, I absolutely appreciate the great support provided.
Amazing staff and customer service. Walked in with my Dr's info and was helped right away. Everything was covered by insurance and was taken care of very fast and professional. All options were explained and Andrew was able to get me fitted and showed me how to use and clean machine right away. Very clear demonstration and I signed up for the discount ongoing auto renewal of various components. Top shelf company and staff.
I am an out of town traveller. I forgot a key piece for my Resmed Airsense 11 CPAP at home. My sleep that first night was horrible since I couldn't use my machine. I dropped in to Snore MD in Kelowna. They were the kindest folks and were awesome in getting me set up with the part I needed. Thanks a million Snore MD in Kelowna! You definitely made my second night much more comfortable.
First time in 22 years we left on vacation and forgot my husbands CPap machine!! 5 hours from home and mildly panicked. Friday at 230 pm and started phoning around. Andrew from Snore MD was so helpful and empathetic. Other places in Kelowna area were like ‘sorry it’s Friday and a long weekend’ and one person said ‘im new so I don’t think so.’ Andrew said come in tomorrow and we will help you. A Saturday of the July 1 weekend no less! He found us a machine, charged us a rental fee and we gladly purchased a new mask. Thank you so much SNORE MD! You saved my life!!
At first I was afraid the CPAP treatment would compromise my lifestyle, but instead it’s given me a whole new lease on life. I felt the difference on day one. It’s been a full month now and I can’t imagine life without it. I look forward to a restful nights sleep every night and my energy levels throughout the day are amazing! The service and follow up has been a first rate. I’m very grateful to Andrew and the whole team at SnoreMD! If you are feeling symptoms I highly recommend you reach out to them. It may change your life too!
Excellent care. Definitely a positive impact on my life. I feel so much better throughout the day. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and sleep apnea. Friendly, compassionate service. If you have sleep issues I would give them a shot, the impact on your life for the better is what you have to gain and nothing to lose.
