I am passionate about sleep because its critical impact on physical and mental health is often overlooked. Sleep is an integral part of overall well-being, and I find it fascinating to witness the transformative benefits of proper sleep health. I thrive on the opportunity to learn and grow within this field, and I love being a part of the continuous process of discovering new insights and advancing patient care.
My greatest accomplishment is graduating from nursing school. This achievement not only provided a foundation for my career but also unexpectedly revealed my true passion for sleep health.
I find it deeply rewarding to educate patients on the many benefits of consistent sleep apnea treatment. Most of all, I love watching my patients transform: they regain the energy to live a full life, a possibility they often thought was gone due to chronic exhaustion.

Sleep is a foundational element of health, and helping people sleep better truly changes their lives. I love seeing that difference! Beyond the clinical impact, I also genuinely enjoy the organizational heartbeat of the clinic. I love ensuring that we maintain an efficient, responsive, and welcoming environment where every patient feels supported from their very first call.
While I am certainly proud of my professional life, my greatest accomplishment remains my family. Raising my five young adults and seeing them thrive at university, in their careers, and beyond is my most meaningful accomplishment. Watching them grow and flourish truly fills me with gratitude and joy.
What I love most about this work is seeing the complete transformation in our patients. We often meet people when they are struggling—feeling sleepy, frustrated, and lacking vitality. To see them move from that place to becoming refreshed, energized, and truly thriving is the greatest reward. It’s a wonderful reminder of the powerful impact of good sleep and the dedicated care we provide at Snore MD.
