This probably saved my life... I thought i snored just a little bit, finally went and got tested. My blood oxygen level was dropping to 70 (normal is 98 and 68 can be fatal) Turns out I had super bad sleep apnea 37 episodes an hour... I now have on average 1 per hour and feel like a new human, my thinking is clearer and I wake up feeling rested. If I hadnt delt with this I could have had a heart attack or a stroke, If you snore go and get tested. It changed my life! The staff at this location is amazing and go above and beyond.

Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and kind. The process was easy to go through and they coordinated with my benefits to make sure everything I needed was ready and it was easy for me to submit. Linda and Kat have been checking up on me since I my CPAP and encouraged asking questions or seeking guidance.

I was one of those people who definitely did not want a CPAP Machine. When I got my sleep results and realized how detrimental they were to my health I felt I didn’t have any choice. So for me, a CPAP machine was like going to the Dentist, but I learnt I was very wrong and I was sorry I hadn’t looked after this years ago. I’m sure I had a bad attitude going in, but the girls were very positive and I am so happy that I finally did this. Thank you, I am sleeping much better and it’s very comfortable and frankly, I would miss it if I didn’t use it now. Thanks to the staff for all the great service and texts and follow up. Tourists alert! I had forgotten my seal to my sleep apnea machine and Katrina at the West Kelowna store was soooo gracious to sell us one. She said that they normally don’t sell them separately but took pity on me and sold it to me anyway since she knew how important it was. THANKS Katrina for the excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with Snore MD in West Kelowna. They made the whole process easy, requesting the prescription directly from my doctor after the positive apnea test results, and handled the insurance side of things seamlessly. I was surprised at the level of communication and care after receiving my CPAP machine. They contacted me regularly to check in on my progress, offer advice and changed settings for me. I was having issues with the first mask I tried, and they switched me out for a different one at no additional charge. The process was definitely worth it as I've already noticed significant improvements in my wakefulness and energy level throughout the day. Easily a 5 star experience! Dani and Linda are crushing it.

Came from out east and forgot my machine. ( “l know, I’m getting old!”) Snore MD, West Bank staff had me all set up to go from the time I came from airport to their office. When I first visited the store and began my treatment journey, I was skeptical. I honestly expected a big sale and sent on my way. My experience was the complete opposite, hence the 5-star review. They were genuinely invested in my success with treatment – right from the initial consultation to the proactive and regular follow-up to ensure everything was going well. At first, it was a bit of a challenge for me, but they were positive and encouraging – probably the biggest reason why I feel I had success with my treatment. Dani and the staff at sleep Md westkelowna are so great! Dani our sleep specialist is so knowledgeable and lets us know how things are going and asks us questions and she answers all our questions. Our dr . sent the referral as my husband has severe sleep apnea and since being on the cpap for 2 months is sleeping so better and no more snoring! Dani makes you feel comfortable and is so accommodating!

I was recently sent by my GP to see SnoreMD-West Kelowna for suspected sleep apnea. I received a phone call from them literally an hour after seeing my doctor. After doing an overnight oximetry test I was diagnosed with severe OSA. Dani one of the sleep technicians was incredibly professional and quick in getting me set up with a CPAP machine . She explained everything so thoroughly. I was impressed with this business and extremely appreciative that she and SnoreMD acted quickly in diagnosing me and helping me to manage it. I was traveling from Alberta to visit my family in BC and I forgot a part of my power cord at home for my sleep machine. It was the Easter long weekend and found Snore MD online and I was so happy they were open on a Saturday even if it was only until 1pm. Mark was in the store and I explained my problem to him and he quickly put my mind at ease with finding a replacement cord and even water especially for my machine! He gave great service and a very reasonable price to help me get able to have a good night's rest. I slept without my machine the first night arriving in BC was very tired after such a long drive and didn't have a very good rest without my machine, waking up throughout the night repeatedly. Thank you for helping me with the missing parts and saving me from another restless night!
