I chose a career in sleep because quality rest is the foundation of good health. When people don’t sleep well, it affects everything from energy and mood to focus and long-term wellness. Helping patients understand their sleep and guiding them toward better rest is incredibly meaningful to me, because even small improvements can make a big difference in daily life.
My biggest accomplishment has been starting over in a new country and finding my footing through hard work, adaptability, and patience. Each challenge became a lesson that helped me grow personally and professionally. I’m grateful for my husband, who has been my constant support system and strength throughout the journey.
What I love most is the connection—listening to their concerns, answering questions, and seeing the relief that comes when they begin sleeping better. Knowing I play a role in improving someone’s quality of life is what motivates me every day.
