Meet Your Local Sleep Experts

Meet Prabhjot, Clinical Coordinator
I chose a career in sleep because I’ve always believed that good sleep is the foundation of good health. When someone struggles with sleep apnea, it affects everything — their energy, mood, concentration, and long-term health. Many people don’t even realize how dramatically their life can improve once they start getting proper treatment. Working in sleep allows me to combine my clinical knowledge with my passion for helping others. I enjoy taking the time to educate patients, guide them through diagnostic testing, and support them through CPAP therapy. Knowing that I can help someone breathe easier, sleep deeply, and wake up feeling like themselves again is what motivates me every day.
One of my biggest accomplishments has been my journey of moving from India to Canada and rebuilding my life and career from the ground up. Leaving behind everything familiar — my home, culture, and support system — was not easy, but it pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined. Earning my master’s degree and establishing myself in a new country required determination, resilience, and a strong belief in my goals. I’m proud of the risks I took, the challenges I overcame, and the personal and professional growth that came from starting over. This journey has shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to connect with and support patients from all walks of life.
What I love most about working with patients is building meaningful relationships and being part of their journey toward better health. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure about CPAP therapy, and I take pride in helping them feel comfortable, informed, and supported. I enjoy taking the time to listen and understand each person’s unique challenges, because every patient’s story is different. Seeing the transformation that happens when someone finally starts sleeping well — more energy, better mood, improved confidence, and a healthier life overall — is incredibly rewarding. Being able to play even a small role in that positive change is the reason I am passionate about this work.

Meet Juhee, Sleep Clinician
As a Respiratory Therapist, I’ve always enjoyed helping people better understand their health and feel empowered in their care. Sleep medicine was a natural fit because better sleep can truly transform someone’s quality of life. I love being able to support patients on that journey and celebrate the positive changes they experience along the way.
My biggest accomplishment has been building a career that I’m genuinely passionate about. I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days connecting with people, helping them understand their health, and supporting them as they make positive changes. Knowing I’ve played a small part in someone’s journey toward feeling better is something I’m really proud of.
I love getting to know my patients and creating a space where they feel comfortable asking questions and sharing their concerns. There’s nothing better than seeing someone leave feeling more confident, supported, and excited about the improvements they’re going to experience. Building those connections is one of my favourite parts of my job.

Meet Nav, Sleep Clinician
After 12 years of working as a registered nurse, my interest deepened in the sleep industry when I learned about the prevalence of sleep disorders and their profound impact on quality of life. I wanted to contribute to better understanding and treatment of sleep disorders.
My biggest accomplishment in life has been achieving my RN degree and using the knowledge I’ve gained to build a fulfilling career in nursing.
What I enjoy most about my career is witnessing the positive changes therapy brings to my patients’ lives. Seeing their health improve, whether physically and/or emotionally, is incredibly motivating and reminds me of the impact of my work.

Meet Viraj, Sleep Clinician/Regional Manager
My passion for helping others led me to become a pharmacist. After nearly a decade in healthcare management, I decided to delve into my interest in sleep. Sleep has always fascinated me because it occupies about one-third of our lives and profoundly affects all organ systems. Despite its vital importance, sleep is frequently neglected in our daily lives. This career allows me to utilize my education and experience to enhance people’s health through improved sleep.
My greatest achievement to date has been moving across oceans alone to start a new life in Canada. I made Canada my home a decade ago and feel incredibly fortunate to have had this opportunity.
Helping patients brings me a profound sense of accomplishment. Listening to their concerns and solving problems one patient at a time provides me with immense motivation. What I love most is that each therapy allows me to address and resolve multiple underlying health issues for my patients.
FAQs
Do I need a referral?
A doctor’s referral is required for sleep testing and treatment, but we can help coordinate one for you. Walk-ins are welcome. Call us and we’ll guide you through every step.
What Is a Home Sleep Test?
Snore MD’s Home Sleep Apnea Test is an easy, comfortable way to check for sleep apnea from home. Patients visit their nearest Snore MD clinic to pick up a small testing device and receive simple instructions. They wear the device for two nights while sleeping in their own bed, then return it to the clinic.
Our team sends the results to a sleep specialist physician for interpretation. If needed, we’ll contact you to schedule a follow-up visit to review your results and discuss next steps or treatment options.
It’s quick, accurate, and completely at home — no overnight hospital stay required.
Do you bill insurance?
Yes — we handle the entire process for you. Our team manages preauthorizations, verifies your coverage, and submits final invoices directly to your insurance provider.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! Snore MD offers convenient virtual medical appointments through our partnership with WellHealth Medical Clinics. Connect with a licensed doctor from the comfort of your home or office using your phone, tablet, or computer to discuss your symptoms and next steps.
Book your virtual sleep appointment today — our team will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment and provide all the details.
What does a sleep test measure?
Our small at-home device tracks your heart rate, breathing, and oxygen levels while you sleep. This helps us spot patterns—like pauses in breathing (sleep apnea)—and understand how well you’re actually sleeping. Afterward, we’ll walk you through your results and next steps toward better sleep.
Real People. Real Sleep Transformations.
Going to Snore MD is 1 of the best decisions I have ever made. I was very pleased with the knowledge that was shared with me on using and maintaining my machine. The staff is very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions with accuracy and wisdom. They even showed me how to save money by signing up for mask subscription. This made my mask even cheaper than I could purchase on line. I would definitely highly recommend Snore MD to anyone. I feel better rested now after using my CPAP machine. Top notch service hands down. Thanks Nav in Langley.
Hello everyone, I have been using my CPAP for many years and one thing I can say the importance of this. If you have sleep apnia this can save your life. I originally was tested by the hospital where they told me I had no issues. So I went to the SLEEPFX clinic in St-Albert Alberta at the time, and they found out that I had over 600 instance of apnia per night. (No wonder I felt asleep at the wheel. All of this to say, the Langley clinic 'SNORE MD' do the same home test that I originally received in ST-Albert and they also sell the same product that I have been using since. Their service is top of the line and their on-going service after sale is the best. example; daily machine personalized reports are automatically uploaded to their system and they periodically call to see if all is OK on your end and they provide FREE distilled water for your machine. They are a life saver company. Do NOT get tested in hospital. It is useless. And you will not get the same personal service.
I had such an easeful experience with the whole team at the Murreyville location. From calling and setting up a file, checking in with my doctor, buying and setting up my new machine. Everything went so smoothly and I was treated with such expertise and kindness. Special shout out to Nina & Sukhman who got me in and took care of me and Nav the sleep clinician who set me up to get me sleeping soundly. Thank you Murreyville SnoreMD!
**Update 2:** I am genuinely impressed with the exceptional service and professionalism offered by Snore MD. Although we encountered some initial challenges, these experiences often pave the way for positive improvements. **Update:** I was pleased when the manager reached out to me to address my concerns, and we are currently collaborating on a solution. While I don't typically write negative reviews because they can feel insignificant, I appreciate how seriously Snore MD takes customer feedback and their commitment to resolving issues. I’m optimistic that I will soon update my review to a five-star rating. **Original Review:** The service may suffice if you're looking for a diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and need your first CPAP machine. However, as someone who has used a CPAP for a long time, I found the service level inadequate. It seemed like the person I interacted with followed a script rather than genuinely understanding my needs.
I did not think I had sleep apnea. The friendly knowledgeable staff helped me understand why I needed a CPAP and it was nothing like I imagined. After working through the first few nights and throwing it off in the night, I started to sleep better. I now have my life back. I feel rested, can think clearly again, and am recovering from my workouts that I could never do before. I love my CPAP machine and SnoreMD - you are fantastic!! Thank you so much!!
What an amazing experience, Diljot is very calm and knowledgeable . She easily puts one at ease and answers all questions. Definitely recommend this clinic for your CPAP needs. Pritika has just the warmest voice as she greets and welcomes you into the clinic. She is very flexible and accommodating to our requests.Exactly what one hopes to encounter when visiting a clinic the first time. All worth the 5 star rating!
