We’re seeking an experienced RRT or RPSGT to step into a dual role as Sleep Clinician and Regional Manager. In this position, you will not only lead and support your clinic, but also remain actively involved in patient care by providing sleep consultations and guiding patients through their therapy journey. The role begins at one clinic and scales with you — with real potential to grow into regional leadership across multiple locations.

- Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year (including bonuses)
- Extensive Benefits Package, valued at approximately:
- $4,300 in years 2–3
- $7,300 in years 4–7
- Growing to $14,700+ in year 12

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing clinical teams
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences across multiple clinics
- Provide sleep consultations and support patients through diagnosis and therapy
- Oversee operations, staffing, and performance metrics
- Drive consistency, quality, and a positive team culture
- Build strong relationships with patients, teams, and partners
What We’re Looking For
- RRT or RPSGT certification (required)
- Proven work experience in sleep care in Canada
- A confident, energetic, people-first leadership style
- Passion for patient care and team development
