During your initial visit, Snore MD likely showed you how to use a simple Sleep Testing device, sometimes called a LEVEL 3 sleep testing device to understand if you do have sleep apnea. This device will be worn throughout the night, and will accurately measure your breathing patterns as you sleep.
In the carry case of the sleep testing device are written instructions to help you. Here is a video on how to set up and use this testing device:
How to use the ApneaLink Air
The Instructions are also written here for you: Instructions on how to use the ApneaLink Air.
Wear the device for the whole time you are in bed, for both nights. After sleeping with the device for two nights, please return it to Snore MD as instructed by your friendly clinician. We will quickly review the Sleep Test when you return it, to make sure the testing was accurate and complete.
